FAQ

1. How long does it take for me to receive my orders?

Our items are custom made to each individual, production takes from 4 to 7 working days depending on the time of year. Usually non busy season takes only 4 working days for me to make and ship the items to you. Please do note that some items takes more time for me to make, so i strongly suggest you to read the product description. 

2. Shipping & Rates:

Malaysia

I ship your orders using poslaju, all tracking will be sent by email which you will be given a link to check the status of your order. Please note that although usually poslaju takes only 2-3 days to deliver they may be slight change in delivery time during the raining season. Please plan accordingly. Flat rate of RM8 for east malaysia & RM10 for west malaysia.

International

I do ship international using Poslaju with tracking which you can check online. Shipping times varies according to location. Normally it will take 1 - 3 weeks to deliver. Please contact me on my facebook page if you need the exact time for delivery and the rate. For full rate you will need to register an account with us and check the shipping rate at checkout. 

For international FREE SHIPPING, i will ship your order using Pos Malaysia FLEXIPACK. This is a registered tracking parcel which you can track online at the provided website. This option will take longer to arrive (2-4 weeks) depending on customs clearance in your country. All International customers are responsible for any duties/fees/charges upon receipt of the order. Due to reliability issues we no longer ship to Germany and Spain. Any International order not received within 3 weeks should be brought to our attention immediately. Any notice of non delivery after 6 weeks will qualify for a product refund only, shipping will not be refunded on non delivered items after 6 weeks.

All orders will be shipped via their Paypal confirmed address. This is a proven and more reliable address as it has been confirmed a good address.

If your item was lost in the shipping process and not received after ample time according to the Pos Malaysia it is your responsibility as a buyer to file a claim with the Pos Malaysia for reimbursement.

3. Can i have a refund / Exchange?

We only accept refund or exchange for any products that have not been handstamped with your personal wordings. Eg, our sterling silver birthstone bangle can be exchange if the size does not fit you. Other than that we do not accept refund or exchange.
